When you arrive at the seminar, please collect your name badge from the registration desk and wear it throughout the event.

Information for speakers

Each presentation slot is 15 minutes. We recommend keeping your presentation to approximately 10–12 minutes, leaving time for one or two questions and a smooth transition between speakers.

We kindly ask all speakers to introduce themselves to the chair of their session well before the session begins, so that the chair knows that all speakers are present.
